Last updated: 9 October 2026 · Waiting list and private testing

Artisium helps producers match beats with artists, save results in a private beat library and explore optional outreach information. We’re still fine-tuning beat matching. This notice covers our public website, free waiting list, pre-launch artist research and invitation-only private testing. Joining the list does not start a paid subscription or require an audio upload. We’ll update this notice before public paid launch.

Questions about your data? Email hello@artisium.io.

What we collect

When you join, we store your email address, signup time, consent record, subscription status and email-delivery records. We also create a private unsubscribe link. We do not ask for your name, payment details or audio files to join the waiting list.

To limit spam, our signup service temporarily stores a salted hash of your IP address, rather than the address itself. Website and security providers also process technical information such as your IP address, browser and request details.

Why we use it

We use your email, with your consent, to confirm your signup and let you know when Artisium is ready. We use delivery and security records to operate the list, prevent abuse and honour opt-outs. These operational uses are based on our legitimate interest in running a reliable, secure service.

The services behind the waiting list

Framer hosts the website and provides basic, cookie-free visit analytics. Framer privacy information.

With your optional consent, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits, traffic sources and successful waiting-list joins. Google processes device and browser information and approximate location. We do not send your signup email or private access and unsubscribe tokens to Analytics. Advertising features are off. Google privacy information.

Supabase runs the signup service and stores list and delivery records. Supabase privacy information.

Resend stores our email contacts and sends confirmations and launch notifications. It processes delivery events, including delivered or bounced messages. Resend privacy information.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated signups using technical signals, including your IP address and browser characteristics. Your waiting-list email is not sent to Turnstile. Turnstile privacy information.

These providers may process data outside your country. Their linked notices explain their processing and international-transfer arrangements. We do not sell your waiting-list email.

Browser storage

Our signup popup uses temporary session storage to remember that you joined. We save your analytics choice in this browser for up to 180 days, and a session flag prevents duplicate signup measurements. These flags do not contain your email. Analytics cookies are optional; use Analytics settings at the bottom of this page to change your choice or withdraw consent at any time. The bot check processes technical browser signals to protect the form.

How long we keep it

We keep list records while managing the waiting list and launch notifications. The signup IP hash is cleared by a scheduled cleanup after 30 days. Delivery records help us diagnose failed sends and avoid duplicates. Google Analytics user-level and event-level data retention is set to two months, without extending it for repeat visits. Aggregated reports can be retained longer.

Unsubscribing stops waiting-list emails, but it does not automatically erase every stored record. We may retain an opt-out record to avoid contacting you again, and delivery or security records where still needed. Email us if you want your data deleted; we’ll explain any records that need to be retained.

Your choices

Use “Leave the waiting list” in a confirmation email to withdraw your consent. You can also contact hello@artisium.io to request access, correction, deletion or restriction, or object to processing where applicable. We may need to verify that a request comes from you. You can raise a concern with your local data-protection authority.

If you use the private testing workspace

Private testing is separate from joining the waiting list. If invited, we store your verified email/customer identity, sign-in and session records, plan or test entitlements, temporary audio uploads, file information, derived fingerprints, analysis results, saved artist matches and usage records. We use these to provide access and matching, keep your results available and prevent abuse.

Analysis can include BPM, key/mode and derived audio features for comparison with artist profiles. We remove uploaded audio from the active customer workspace after a valid fingerprint is safely saved, while keeping fingerprints and saved matches for future searches. Re-upload the same file to listen again. Failed or unfinished uploads are scheduled for cleanup after 24 hours; active analyses or cleanup errors can delay removal. This automatic cleanup applies to active workspace uploads, not existing backup archives, which are handled separately. To request deletion of wider workspace data, contact hello@artisium.io; necessary security, opt-out or billing records may need to be retained.

Uploads are not sent to artists or used to train the customer-facing matching model. Suggested pitches are drafts for you to review; Artisium does not send your outreach messages. Access to stored audio and results is limited to the services and authorised support needed to operate the workspace.

Supabase handles identity, entitlements and relevant service records; Railway hosts workspace processing and storage, and Google Cloud supports matching infrastructure. Resend delivers access emails. If billing is enabled, Paddle processes checkout, payment and subscription details; Artisium receives the transaction and entitlement information needed to provide access, not your full card details.

Requested workspace functions are processed to provide the service or private test you ask for. Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interests. Optional marketing and analytics remain consent-based. Workspace data is kept while needed for access, saved results and support; it is not automatically erased when a sign-in link expires. We’ll publish the paid product’s detailed retention schedule before public launch. You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction using the contact above.

Artist information

Separately, we research public professional artist profiles, release information, countries, genres, audience figures and published business contact details to develop beat matching and outreach. Our intended basis is legitimate interest in connecting producers and artists, subject to artists’ rights. This research does not require access to private messages.

Artist-research services include Bright Data for public search/profile data, and Railway and Google Cloud for processing. They are separate from the waiting-list signup: the signup service does not send subscriber email addresses to these research providers.

If your artist information appears in our database, contact hello@artisium.io to request access, correction or removal, or to object to its use. Artist records do not currently have an automatic three-month deletion rule; opt-out information may be retained to prevent re-adding a removed profile.

Updates

We’ll post changes here with a new date. If the product, data we collect or reasons for using it change, we’ll update the relevant information before introducing those changes.
