Artisium and the waiting list
Artisium helps producers find artists who fit their beats, keep matches in a private beat library and, where included in their plan, explore available contacts and pitch suggestions. We’re still fine-tuning beat matching. Public access is currently through a free waiting list; private testing is invitation-only.
Joining the waiting list is not a purchase, does not start a subscription and does not guarantee an invitation or a launch date. Website examples are illustrative, not a promise of the results your beat will receive. The Privacy Policy explains how we use waiting-list data.
Your workspace
The paid service is access to the beat-matching tools, successful beat analyses, artist unlocks and other features specified by the tier and checkout at the time of purchase. Included analyses, artist unlocks, outreach access and digital resources depend on the plan purchased. A plan does not promise an artist reply, placement or sale, but the service must still be provided as described.
Access uses a private sign-in link sent to your verified email address. Keep your mailbox and access links secure. A passwordless workspace still has a customer identity and saved data; it is not anonymous access.
Analyses and artist unlocks
Beat analyses and artist unlocks are separate allowances. A successfully processed new beat uses an analysis. Failed analysis reservations are released, and reopening a saved successful analysis does not use another analysis.
Where your plan includes artist unlocks, opening an artist’s available full details uses one unlock. Reopening that artist in the same workspace does not use another unlock. Available contacts can change or be removed, including when an artist opts out. Artists are not reserved exclusively for any plan or customer.
The plan and checkout information presented when you purchase set your allowances, renewal period, rollover rules and any top-ups. Yearly billing provides the stated allowances each month, not twelve months of allowances upfront. Credits are service allowances, not cash; this does not limit any refund rights required by law.
Your music stays yours
Only upload audio you have the right to use. You keep ownership of your music. You give us permission to temporarily store and process your uploads, and retain their derived fingerprints, only to provide your workspace and beat analysis—not to sell, publish or exploit your music.
Uploaded audio is removed from your active customer workspace after a valid fingerprint has been safely saved. Fingerprints, file information and saved matches remain available for future searches without keeping the audio. Re-upload the same file to listen again; Artisium is not an audio archive. Failed or unfinished uploads are scheduled for cleanup after 24 hours; active analyses or cleanup errors can delay removal. Contact us for a wider data-deletion request.
We do not send your uploaded beats to artists or use them to train the customer-facing matching model. The Privacy Policy explains workspace data, providers and retention.
Matches and outreach
Matches are recommendations to help you decide whom to explore, not verified artist interest in your beat. We do not guarantee matching accuracy, replies, placements, beat sales or any commercial outcome. Listing an artist does not imply their endorsement of Artisium.
Outreach features provide available professional contact information and suggested drafts. They do not send messages for you. Contact details, audience figures and release information may change; review them and edit any draft before using it.
You are responsible for the messages you send, permission to use any attached music, and applicable marketing and privacy rules. Identify yourself honestly, respect opt-outs and do not send spam, impersonate others or make misleading claims. A published business contact is not blanket permission for unsolicited marketing.
Acceptable use
Do not share access links, resell or republish artist data, bypass plan limits, scrape the service, upload unlawful content or use Artisium to harass people. We may restrict access to address abuse or security risks, subject to applicable law and any required notice or customer remedies.
Payments and cancellation
Public paid purchases are not currently open. When enabled, Paddle handles billing as merchant of record. The price, currency, taxes, billing period and included features shown at checkout apply to your purchase. A sandbox payment is a test, not a real charge.
Paid subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, according to your checkout choice, until cancelled. You can cancel through the management link in your Paddle receipt or through Paddle support. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and stops future renewals; cancellation and a refund request are separate actions.
Refunds and service problems
There is nothing to refund for joining the free waiting list. For a paid purchase, request a refund through the support or management link in your Paddle receipt, at Paddle.net, or contact hello@artisium.io with your transaction details.
Paddle’s Refund Policy and your applicable consumer rights determine eligibility. These terms do not exclude rights for a faulty, unavailable or misdescribed service, or any statutory withdrawal right. A digital-content exception applies only where the law permits it and any required express consent and acknowledgement were obtained; merely starting a beat analysis is not a blanket waiver.
Our voluntary refund policy covers a persistent technical or material service failure that prevents us from delivering what your purchased tier includes and cannot be resolved. Contact us with your transaction details and the affected feature; we will investigate, correct failed analyses or incorrect allowance deductions, and provide an appropriate partial or full refund for an unresolved failure. An artist not replying, no placement or sale, unused allowances, or personal preference alone does not qualify under this voluntary policy. This does not exclude remedies where recommendations or other features fail to meet their advertised description. Mandatory consumer rights and Paddle’s own refund decisions remain unaffected; service credits do not replace a money refund where one is required.
Downloads
Where included or purchased, the Outreach Checklist and tracker are digital resources for your own use. They do not guarantee outreach results and may not be resold or redistributed. Their inclusion and any optional purchase are shown with the relevant plan or checkout.
Availability, changes and your rights
Private testing may include interruptions, incomplete coverage or changing results. Keep your own copies of your music; Artisium is not a backup service. We’ll explain material changes before they affect paid access where required. Nothing here limits liability or customer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We’ll post updated terms with a new date. Before public paid launch, we’ll publish the verified business details and any additional terms required for that launch. Mandatory protections and courts available under your local consumer law remain unaffected.
